As February gets underway the team are busy as ever working on getting some new products ready for the season. With Mike in the workshops building a high striker and working on rodeo sales projects, George made the trip to Ipswich to pick up our new giant 8 lane scalextric.
As well as the new 8 lane scalextric, we have added the VR experience in the form of the F1 race car simulator to our ranks perfect for those looking to immerse themselves in a whole new world of driving.
Our trip to Liverpool (INPAS) also saw us come to the decision to invest in our new unclimbable ladder, which is bound to be a big hit for those that embrace a challenge.
With some time being spent on looking to the future and expanding our product variety even more, the jobs have still been flowing. The first week of February saw Josh and George travel to Manchester airport, specifically the Runway visitor park. Taking with them our Inflatable beach volleyball, for a company funday/corporate event. While the day after George was back to it, this time with Kym to a local 50th birthday party in Harrogate with our 6 lane scalextric, not to be put to shame by our new giant 8 lane scalextric, but the perfect size for someone's living room and a fun family event.
The weekend arrives and we are back down the M62 to Manchester for our friends in the premier league to host a pre-game family fun day. With us goes the Bungee run, Ultimate wipeout or as it can be named, Last man standing and not failing to remember our IPS podiums. So that's George and Mike occupied for the day. Josh and Adam get off to a little bit of a later start getting ready to make the short trip into leeds city centre, destination the Marriott hotel. In their van they have a GSDM photobooth, Air hockey table and Strike alight, all ready to provide for an eventful corporate event, showing people how to let loose with some challenging games for hire and how to strut their stuff in front of our photobooth camera.
With the rest of the month still to go, everyone is keeping busy preparing for the season ahead with our team working on adding even more new products for hire to the collection and attending the events to come, keep watching this space for an update on what's happening for the rest of the month and beyond.
