Wednesday and Thursday was spent at the home of Newcastle United St James Park for a Product Promotion day for Adidas this is something Kym has been working on for a few months now events like this take alot of sorting out behind the scenes and I know this one was very testing and involved many emails, ideas, drawings and photos going back and forth before we got a sign off on the event. So Mike and George went to Newcastle on Wednesday to set up and as always the setup was very challenging with hundreds of other people setting up at the same time everyone getting in each others way. The set up included Dizzy Disc, Branded Roll A Ball, A special branded Beat The Bleep, 9 ball Foot Pool and not forgetting the Popcorn and Candy Floss carts. Thursday the team of operators went back up to Newcastle to run the show and with many surprise guests around including a gold medal olympic star a great day was had by all concerned.

Last minute call from a customer in Huddersfield with an event just a few hours away and in danger of been a washout but with quick action from our office team 6 marquees where erected in record time to help keep the guests dry while watching a very important game on a super big screen. Marquees is something we don't really do we have some we use for our own events as part of our event management service but on this occasion we was more than happy to help out.
Because the weekend weather forecast was poor to say the least is was decision time trying how many staff to send where we had a sell out festival in Perth in Scotland and one close to selling out in Sheffield but both with weather forecasts that suggested it would rain heavy all day. But we live on our reliability so my team set off to Perth nice and early with the Rodeo Guitar, Jack in a box enclosed bouncy castle and 13ft Mega slide. the rain was not as bad as forecast but still managed to force us in to not putting up the Mega slide as it would of been unsafe to do so. It was a good festival despite the weather and a safe homeward journey early Sunday morning.

While we was in Scotland George, Chris, Tomo Snr and Emma was trying to make the best of things in Sheffield with the Helter Skelter, Ultimate Wipeout, Disco Dome and Hang Tough again the weather was not been kind but in between the downpours fun was had. A wet and soggy pack up and back to Leeds for cleaning and drying.
