Staff Training
On Wednesday the 9th of March 2016 the staff of Active Hire were called up to take part in a Rpii (Register of Play inspectors International) operators training course with the outcome of more awareness and knowledge of safety within the ‘Inflatable Play’ industry and also a qualification. The inflatable play covers the safety of setting up Bouncy castles, Inflatable Slides, Gladiator Jousts and more.
Active Hire focus on making sure all their staff have the highest knowledge when it comes to their profession. Although the majority of staff already have the education, the newer members to the team were well informed and taught the setting up and safety principles and were also encouraged by the rest of the team to perform to the highest of their capability in a welcoming atmosphere.
Thankfully all members listened well at the start of the presentation to go on and then pass the written and practice test giving all members a certificate proving that they are all Rpii trained which is very important to the business as it furthermore shows the professionality and determination of Active Hire.
